INGREDIENTS (SERVES 4):
4 Homemade Bread Slices
Fillets of Anchovies in Olive oil Agostino Recca
Spicy Fillets of Anchovies with Parsley in Olive oil Agostino Recca
Spicy Fillets of Anchovies with Hot Pepper in Olive oil Agostino Recca
Toast the bread in a preheated oven at 200°C both sides for a few minutes. Slice the mozzarella and pat dry on paper towels.
Cut the cedar into thin slices and season the toasted bread with a slice of cedar, a slice of buffalo mozzarella and anchovy fillets in various specialties.
White wine - Alcamo Bianco DOC Sicilia 12% Vol.
Serve chilled at 8-10°C.
