Bronzed wire-drawing noodles with tuna sauce.
INGREDIENTS (SERVES FOUR):
400g Bronze wire-drawing Noodles
2 jars of Agostino Recca Tuna sauce
100g of breadcrumbs seasoned with oregano, parsley and mint.
Cook the noodles in boiling salted water, drain and season with the tuna sauce Agostino Recca.
Season with spicy breadcrumbs.
Easy-drinking red wine, Syrah IGP Sicilia 12% Vol.
Serve chilled at 12-14°C.
