Bronzed wire-drawing paccheri with amberjack sauce.
INGREDIENTS (SERVES FOUR):
400g bronze wire-drawing Paccheri
2 jars of Agostino Recca Amberjack Sauce
Boil the Paccheri in salted water, drain and season with the Agostino Recca Amberjack Sauce.
Before serving, it is recommended to stir-fry for a few minutes and then sprinkle with parsley.
