Homemade Bread
Fillets of Anchovies in Olive oil Agostino Recca
Fresh Pecorino Cheese "primo sale"
Fresh Tomatoes
Oregano
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pepper.

PREPARATION:

Wash the fresh tomatoes and cut into round slices, place in a serving dish and fill the bread with fillets of anchovies, fresh pecorino cheese primo sale cut into strips and sliced fresh tomatoes. Season with extra virgin olive oil, oregano and pepper.


SUGGESTED WINE:

White wine - Grecanico IGP Sicilia, 12% Vol.
Serve chilled at 8-10
°C.
