Food magazine and famous cook books have praised our product and have featured them editorially. ..such Anchovies can be found in the States, although not without some looking.

As in Italy, they are packed in cans. The best brand that I've come across so far is, ironically, Sicilian rather than Spanish. The label of the snappy, colorful can, with 1 pound, 5 ounces of Anchovies huddled inside, reads "Acciughe Salate" (salted anchovies), from the shipper Agostino Recca in Sciacca, Sicily.
